Paul Campbell is a Canadian actor and screenwriter who is widely recognized as one of the most prominent leading men and creative voices on the Hallmark Channel. He first gained mainstream fame in the early 2000s for his role as Billy Keikeya on the critically acclaimed sci-fi series Battlestar Galactica.
