Synopsis
An unseen narrator, Howard Cocksell, describes the competitive action at the World Male Sex Olympics in Munich, Germany, with five couples competing. The couples represent Germany, the United States, Greece, France, and Spain. The couples compete in seven sexual disciplines to find the most skilled pair.
