Synopsis
Residents of Silver City are instructed to stay indoors due to what the authorities call âenvironmental irregularitiesâ, but when a young womanâs cat escapes out the door, she wanders the city in search of him, and discovers what else is out there. Made with frame-by-frame mixed media animation and handmade cardboard miniature buildings.
