Synopsis
Little PĂ©Ć„a visits his grandfather in the KrkonoĆĄe Mountains, where a swarm of bees settles on a tree. When PĂ©Ć„a disturbs it, the entire swarm attacks him, leaving him in a deep coma. Ordinary treatments fail, so Dr. Vrba insists on a beekeeperâs blood transfusion. Grandpaâs blood type doesnât match, prompting a frantic searchâambulances, authorities, even foreign donorsâto find a suitable beekeeper. After multiple transfusions from various volunteers, PĂ©Ć„a shows signs of recovery. With dawn breaking, hope returns as he awakens.
